Austral Monsoon Building Products have recently completed the installation of Koolbreeze Fixed Ventilation Louvres to the Reedy Creek Recycle Facility at Burleigh Heads in Queensland. The project was for Multi Span Constructions Pty Ltd.

The Koolbreeze Louvres for this project where manufacture from aluminium sheet and powdercoated to match the building exterior colour scheme.

The Koolbreeze Fixed Ventilation louvres where an ideal choice in this application as the Koolbreeze louvres have fully closed blades  which provides a strong and secure louvre with perforations in the bottom blade only for  ventilation.

The Koolbreeze Fixed Ventilation louvres can be manufactured from a selection of common sheet materials including  Polycarbonate, Zincalume, Colourbond and Aluminium to suite various applications and finishes, if you have a requirement for a strong and secure ventilation louvre than consider the Koolbreeze system.

Another Brisbane Bus Depot Complete!

Recently Austral Monsoon Building Products completed the installation of Koolbreeze Fixed Louvres & Operable Maxiflow Louvres to the Trade Coast Bus Depot, Eagle Farm. This is the 3^rd Bus Depot in recent years that the Austral Monsoon Group have been fortunate enough to assist with. This latest Bus Depot located at Eagle Farm is a $73 Million, 5-Green Star rated development which has recently achieved an award for Australian Best Practice Design.

This Project follows on from Sherwood & Willawong Bus Depots at which the Austral Monsoon Group supplied similar products to Eagle Farm as well as Operable Aluminium Stormglaze, AME100 Fixed Louvres, AME50 Fixed Louvres, AMF120 Fixed Louvres, Roller Shutters & Panel Lift Doors.

Austral Monsoon Building Products has the ability to adapt, meet & exceed customer expectations when it comes to sun screening, ventilation & privacy needs. Recently we completed a project in North Lakes which required screening of unsightly Roof Ducting as well as entry screens. We were able to assist our client with the use of our AMF120 Folded Steel Louvre around the Ducting & manufacture purpose built horizontal screening to create a welcoming entry.

Austral Monsoon Building Products have recently completed the installation of purpose made aluminium screens at the Sir Samuel Griffith Centre, Nathan Campus. The project is a $45 million, 6 star development undertaken by Watpac Construction.

AMBP designed and manufactured a number of purpose made aluminium screens to various area of the building, Monsoon Industries in conjunction with AMBP supplied and installed a number of roller doors integrated within the screens.

Austral Monsoon Building Products have recently completed the installation of the GAS WORKS Project (stage 1) in Newstead Brisbane. The project is a mixed use development comprising a number of commercial, retail and residential buildings being undertaken by FKP Developments

AMBP manufactured and installed AME100 continuous ventilation louvres to plant rooms and as visual screens to other building elements.

Austral Monsoon Building Products have recently completed the installation of Ellipsoid Louvre screens at the new Mitsubishi and Kia workshops at Hillcrest Qld in conjunction with the head building contractor Rohrig Constructions.

The project comprised of colourbond Koolbreeze louvres to the workshop plant rooms and wall louvres.

Austral Monsoon has recently been awarded the contract for AME100 ventilation louvers for the Puckapunyal Army Barracks in Victoria as part of the substantial 3000 dwelling LEAP 2 government contract.

Austral Monsoon AME100 ventilation louvers are being utilized on a number of plant room buildings within the Puckapunyal project site.

Austral Monsoon Building Products have recently completed the installation of Ellipsoid Louvre screens at the new Motorama Toyota car showroom at Hillcrest Qld in conjunction with the head building contractor Rohrig Constructions.

There was a combination of 300mm Ellipsoid Screens and 100mm Ellipsoid screens used on the project. 

AMBP has recently been awarded the contract to Supply and Install ‘AME60S’ Sunscreens on the new Coles Shopping Centre Nambour. This project all sees the inclusion of Austral Monsoon Steel Roller Shutters. The project worth $22.8 million is scheduled for completion later this year.

AMBP recently completed the Supply and Installation of various louvres at the Barker College Junior School stage 2, Hornsby, NSW

Working with the College and the builder Gledhill Constructions AMBP supplied and installed a number of our products to the project including “AME100” Fixed Ventilation Louvres, “AME100” Louvred Doors and a combination of Ellipsoid Sunscreens.
