Austral Monsoon Building Products (AMBP) has recently completed the All Saints Anglican School Merrimac, QLD working with the builder Condev Construction.
Austral Monsoon Building Products provide the “Stormglaze” Operable Louvers to the project, the contract also included purpose built security screens, the Glazed Operable louvers are operated by electrical actuators linked to the buildings BMS system with auto sensors for operation based on wind and rain.

Austral Monsoon Building Products have recently completed the $80 million Aldi distribution centre in Brendale for Cockram Constructions.
The Austral Monsoon AME145 fixed ventilation louvre was used extensively throughout the project to provide expansive area of free air with effective weather resistance.
The AME145 louvre can achieve 60% free area whilst still providing effective weather resistance and aesthetics.

Austral Monsoon Building Products have recently been awarded the Sunshine Coast University Hospital contract. The project worth over $1.8 billion is being delivered through a Public Private Partnership (PPP) contract with Exemplar Health, a consortium comprising Lend Lease, Siemens and Capella Capital, with partners Spotless Facilities Services. This consortium will design, build and finance the public hospital as well as maintain it for 25 years.
For Austral Monsoon Building Products the project comprises of the supply and installation of Austral Monsoon AME100 and AME100HV 2 stage fixed ventilation louvres to various plant room areas within the precinct.

Austral Monsoon Building Products have recently been awarded the contract for the ventilation louvers on the $80 million; 50,000 sqm Aldi Distribution Centre at Brendale, Qld, Austral Monsoon Building products Pty will be working with Cockram Constructions Qld on the project.
The ventilation louvres are AME146 system with 60% free area.

Austral Monsoon Building Products have recently completed the installation of the mechanical ventilation louvres on the Queensland Children’s Hospital (Energy Plant). The Energy Plant Building is a standalone building as part of the $800,000 million Queensland Children’s Hospital project. Austral Monsoon Building Products Pty Ltd worked with Lend Lease Engineering (formally AbiGroup Contractors Pty Ltd) the main contractor for the project.
The mechanical ventilation louvres are both AME100 single stage and AME100HV two stage, continuous louvres, these louvres have been selected to achieve the mechanical requirements of 50% free air , excellent weather resistance and aesthetically pleasing to enhance the facade.

Austral Monsoon Building Products have recently completed the installation of AME 60S sun shades to the new Multi Purpose Hall at Edmond Rice College, Wollongong, NSW. Working for the main building contractor Manteena Pty Ltd.
The AME 60S sunshade system is manufactured from extruded aluminium, on this project it was installed on purpose made outrigger brackets, the AME 60S sun shade and brackets were then finished in Duratec X15 powdercoat system.
The AME 60S is a versatile suns shading system that can be used in either the vertical or horizontal application, the pitch of the sun blades can be modified to suit varying applications and the sun shade support details can be designed and built to varying designs and applications as desired by the architect.

Austral Monsoon Building Products have recently completed the installation of Koolbreeze Fixed Ventilation Louvres to the Reedy Creek Recycle Facility at Burleigh Heads in Queensland. The project was for Multi Span Constructions Pty Ltd.
The Koolbreeze Louvres for this project where manufacture from aluminium sheet and powdercoated to match the building exterior colour scheme.
The Koolbreeze Fixed Ventilation louvres where an ideal choice in this application as the Koolbreeze louvres have fully closed blades which provides a strong and secure louvre with perforations in the bottom blade only for ventilation.
The Koolbreeze Fixed Ventilation louvres can be manufactured from a selection of common sheet materials including Polycarbonate, Zincalume, Colourbond and Aluminium to suite various applications and finishes, if you have a requirement for a strong and secure ventilation louvre than consider the Koolbreeze system.

Another Brisbane Bus Depot Complete!
Recently Austral Monsoon Building Products completed the installation of Koolbreeze Fixed Louvres & Operable Maxiflow Louvres to the Trade Coast Bus Depot, Eagle Farm. This is the 3rd Bus Depot in recent years that the Austral Monsoon Group have been fortunate enough to assist with. This latest Bus Depot located at Eagle Farm is a $73 Million, 5-Green Star rated development which has recently achieved an award for Australian Best Practice Design.
This Project follows on from Sherwood & Willawong Bus Depots at which the Austral Monsoon Group supplied similar products to Eagle Farm as well as Operable Aluminium Stormglaze, AME100 Fixed Louvres, AME50 Fixed Louvres, AMF120 Fixed Louvres, Roller Shutters & Panel Lift Doors.

Austral Monsoon Building Products has the ability to adapt, meet & exceed customer expectations when it comes to sun screening, ventilation & privacy needs. Recently we completed a project in North Lakes which required screening of unsightly Roof Ducting as well as entry screens. We were able to assist our client with the use of our AMF120 Folded Steel Louvre around the Ducting & manufacture purpose built horizontal screening to create a welcoming entry.

Austral Monsoon Building Products have recently completed the installation of purpose made aluminium screens at the Sir Samuel Griffith Centre, Nathan Campus. The project is a $45 million, 6 star development undertaken by Watpac Construction.
AMBP designed and manufactured a number of purpose made aluminium screens to various area of the building, Monsoon Industries in conjunction with AMBP supplied and installed a number of roller doors integrated within the screens.
